This is your reminder that Groupee is undergoing a system upgrade today (Monday) from 6am AEST.
Access to accounts / cards / balances will be temporarily suspended at 6pm AEST, resuming from 6am AEST Tuesday 27th October.
We will be placing the app into temporary maintenance mode in order to complete these changes.
What do you have to do?
Not much. From Tuesday morning, when you open the app, you will be prompted to add a new Groupee card to your digital wallet. Then you’re ready to go!
Although we expect your old Groupee Visa card to disappear from your wallet, if it doesn’t, just delete the old card to avoid any confusion. Don’t worry, your balance will also be transferred to your new card.
